CLINICAL TRIALS

Department of Urology
Clinical Trials

Clinical trials allow physicians and researchers to develop better and more effective therapy for patients. Many of the standard treatments seen today were initially found to be useful through clinical trials. Clinical trials also offer patients access to new treatments that may be beneficial when standard treatments have failed. The Department of Urology at the OU Medical Center is actively involved in Clinical Trials in hopes of improving care for patients.
