Dr. Campbell received his MD from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of of Alberta in
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He then completed his residency in Urology at the same institution. Following this,
he went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. He
then spent a year as a scholar in the Baylor College of Medicine Clinical Scientist Training Program, where he
obtained a Certificate of Added Qualification in Clinical Investigation. He now serves as Assistant Professor
at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the Department of Urology, Section of Pediatric Urology.
Dr. Campbell is certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), and
is a fellow of both the RCPSC (FRCSC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). He is an active member of
a number of professional organizations including the American Urological Association, the Canadian Urological
Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, Section on Urology, the Society for Pediatric Urology, and the
Society for Fetal Urology.
Dr. Campbell has a general pediatric urology practice, with an interest in ambiguous genitalia/intersex and
minimally invasive surgery (endourology and laparoscopic surgery). He has a number of research interests, and
is actively involved in both translational research and a number of clinical trials.
